  11.   This entire issue of The In-Basket is being devoted to information about
  12.   the transition currently underway. In April the networks founder and
  13.   long time administrator Cliff Watkins resigned his position due to
  14.   `personal' reasons and passed the network over to me. Included in this
  15.   issue are Cliff's entire message detailing the change, a short piece
  16.   about the network founder and a brief little introduction to the new
  17.   administrator.

  19.   I would like to take a minute to as for a little help from all of you.
  20.   The newsletter has become a bit stale over the past few months, in fact
  21.   there's been nothing but a bunch of conference promos lately. I'd really
  22.   like to see that change, but I'm going to need a little help. I know
  23.   that someplace out there we have to have a writer or two that would
  24.   enjoy contributing a few articles for the newsletter. Our goal is to
  25.   keep the newsletter `network related', but in reality that's a pretty
  26.   broad category to work from. If you have the desire please write a short
  27.   article and submit it to me in the NET-STAFF conference.

  29.   Starting next month I will be putting together a few `educational'
  30.   articles to hopefully answer some of the many questions users of the
  31.   network have.
